With more than two decades of experience in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to NCheng LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an audit partner at Berdon LLP and Koch Group and Company, LLP. She also served as a controller of a prestigious New York City architectural firm and taught at the University of Iowa.
Miaoling graduated from New York University Stern’s CPA Advanced Professional Certificate Program. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Taiwan University. She was awarded the Bhanu Murthy Memorial Prize, Excellence in Teaching Award by the University of Iowa. She is a member of AICPA, NYSCPA and CASCPAS.

Shivani Daga is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in operational management and leadership. As the Chief Operating Officer for NCheng LLP, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success since joining the organization in March 2016.
With a passion for excellence and a commitment to achieving results, Shivani started her career at NCheng LLP as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, Nerou Cheng. Through her hard work and dedication, she quickly gained the respect and trust of her colleagues, and was eventually promoted to her current role as COO.
As the head of the Admin, Fiscal, HR, IT and Marketing Departments, Shivani oversees all of the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She also plays a critical role in strategic planning and decision-making, working closely with the Managing Partner and other key members of the executive team to set the direction of the company.

She has more than 25 years’ experience serving clients in the not-for-profit sector and manages a wide array of financial advisory services for clients at NCheng LLP. Michelle’s specialty includes financial reporting and compliance and assisting clients to manage budgets and various public and private grants to achieve program objectives. She is very familiar with grant and reporting requirements of various federal, State and City grants. Michelle attended Michigan State University and Hunter College.
