The highest degree of financial scrutiny, in which we publicly attest to financial performance. Review A thorough examination resulting in an assurance, but no assertion of financial performance. Compilation A financial report typically used for internal purposes, containing no public assertion of financial condition.

Cheng & Co. carries out our client’s accounting functions including monthly reporting, budget development and variance monitoring, fiscal contract compliance, cash flow management, and other needs. Our staff fulfills the day to day operations of our clients via the internet. Depending on the specific needs of organizations, N. Cheng & Co. also places skilled staff on-site and who have responsibility for all accounting duties including government reporting, budget development and variance monitoring, fiscal contract compliance, payroll management, Medicaid billing, and cash flow management. Comptrollership N. Cheng & Co. CPA partners and/or senior staff periodically review client’s financial records, and provide analytical support to assist in addressing the agency’s financial needs, ensure government funding or regulatory compliance, prepare for audits, and manage cash flow.
