Howard S. Cagan, CPA Tax Principal Prior to joining N. Cheng & Co., Howard Cagan worked as senior tax supervisor at Peat, Marwick, Main & Co., working for corporate clients and high net worth individuals. Howard is a member of AICPA and NYSSCPA. He holds a Post Masters Certificate in Taxation and an MBA in Accounting from City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College and a BA in Sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.                                                                                                                                                                                           Nerou Neil Cheng, CPA Senior Partner Neil Cheng founded N. Cheng & Co. in 1989. He has 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting services. He is a member of AICPA and NYSSCPA and has served on NYSSCPA’s real estate, non-profit accounting, community affairs, small and medium size firms and minority recruiting committees. Neil holds a Certificate in Public Accounting from Pace University, an MBA from Ball State University and a BSBA from Georgetown University. Kevin M. Reilly, CPA Tax Principal Kevin Reilly joined N. Cheng & Co. from his own practice, in which he specialized in preparation of, consolidated "C," "LLC" and "S" corporations and real estate and investment partnerships. He also has extensive experience in serving clients in the import/export, retail, construction, legal, entertainment and advertising services. Kevin is a member of the NYSSCPA.  He holds an MBA from Pace University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University.                                                                                                                  German Rodriguez Principal, Auditing Services German Rodriguez has been auditing housing companies, non-profit organizations, foster care programs, head start programs and home care for over five years. Prior to joining N. Cheng & Co., German worked for nine years as a controller of multi-family city regulated housing complex. He has completed an Accounting for Non-Profit Corporations at New York University, MBA in Finance and Administration from the Central University of Colombia, BBA in Accounting from the Central University of Colombia Certified Public Accountant in Colombia. German is a member of the NYSSCPA.                                                                Stephen G. Jorgensen Principal, Management Services Before joining the firm in April 2002, Steve Jorgensen was the Executive Director of Discipleship Outreach Ministries, where he served for 20 years. He enabled a three-person operation to grow to a diverse, multi-service, multi-funded organization with a budget of over $5,000,000. With a unique understanding of the challenges facing non-profits, he now manages our Financial Management Services. He has a BA from Brooklyn College.
