1 Auction/Raffle
1a - Silent Auction Amy, Vanna & Vatha SA - Set-up and display.
SA - Fill out form by donor describing item.
SA - Announce closing.
1b - Raffle Thana & Christina RA - Need as many volunteers as possible.
RA - Ticket Inventory control and collect money (1 PERSON ONLY -Rami).
RA -  Number prizes for order of announcements.
RA - announcer and person to pass the prize.
RA - Thana has the tickets, baskets, and cash box.
1c - Adopt-a-Nurse Nerou/Dr.Nassau (or Ron Ablow) $400/month salary

At least 2 bartenders needed (Thana to ask Chantha if she has/knows anyone, Vatha to ask her friend)

PAID - go to Reception table and will be given paper with Table number.
Bopha to work with Tony and Mildred on getting correct size place cards (at least 500) and small pieces of papers for table numbers.
N.Cheng to print names on clear labels (Tony).
VERY STRICT WITH TABLE ASSIGNMENTS. NO TABLE SWITCHING.
